We asked Ossatura Construction to quote for our Garage extension/conversion. We live in a 3 bed semi in Bebbington, Wirral and wanted to gain extra space and also to add value to our existing house. We decided on converting and extending our garage as to be honest we only used it for storage, so waste of space and time. We got 4 quotes, took about 6 weeks to decide and then finally went with a local wirral builder. They were competively priced but not the cheapest. What made our decision easier was that they gave us great confidence and also gave us 2 existing customers off theirs to call, which we did and got great reports back. They offered us a 10 year guarantee on all their work and this is free and part of their service. We also got the 10% discount which was a nice sweetener to the price. We did not want cowboys, uninsured or not registered for Vat builders. We wanted competency, honesty and decent value. With this Building company, we got all that and more.
